Each year we come together just one time to celebrate our successes and revisit our priorities. Be a part of it! Come to the:
Fifth Annual Meeting
of the
Buckingham Pond Conservancy Sunday March 30
1:00 – 3:00 PMBethany Reformed Church
760 New Scotland Avenue (Corner of Lenox Avenue)
Scott Kisbaugh, Lakes Monitoring and Assessment Section Chief from the NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation will be with us to help us understand the findings from our summer’s work collecting water samples from the pond.
We will also be voting to elect a new Board Member and amend the bylaws. Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting, but only members can vote. Membership is $5 per year per adult, and we’re happy to take your membership contribution at the door.
We are seeking one person who loves the pond to consider a two-year term as a board member. If you are interested in finding out more about being a board member, contact us no later than Saturday 3/15 at [email protected].
See you then!
