Bradley D. Grant, Barton & Loguidice DPC Engineers will present the findings and mitigation strategies for Buckingham Pond. Commissioner Joseph E. Coffey, Jr. P.E., of the City of Albany Department of Water and Water Supply, will discuss what needs to be done next.
